Distance is measured from your registered address, so the offers you see are the ones you can actually reach. The same atomic race as every provider: first accept anywhere wins.
Crew you create
Accounts you open, ID-verified the same way
Create a mechanic, detailer, assist tech or driver and they get a login to the Service App. They fill in their own identity checks; you never handle their documents.
A live board
Assigned, en route, in progress, done
Every job the business is running, live, with its timeline and photos. Reassign anyone up until work starts. The customer↔crew chat stays private — you see the job, not the conversation.
The nomination window
Accepting is half of it.
The moment your business accepts, Swyft nominates the best-placed crew member who is live and holds the right role. You get a short window to put someone else on the job, and when it closes the job goes to whoever is named. Only live crew with the right role can be picked.
If nobody on shift can take it, the job is released back to the race and counts as a decline for the business.
