Fix · Shine · Assist · Parts

Your car stays put. Everything else moves.

Repairs, detailing, roadside rescue and parts — brought to wherever the car already is. Filtered to your exact vehicle, and sealed with a code at both ends.

The Swyft app: a saved vehicle at the top, the four services below it, a matched mechanic on the way with a live ETA, and the start code that has to be given before work can begin.

Four verticals, one account

Everything a car needs.

Not four apps pretending to be a suite. One garage, one history, one login — and four kinds of work that all already know which car they are about.

Fix

A mechanic, at your kerb.

Repairs, maintenance and diagnostics done where the car already is — a driveway, an office lot, a parking garage. No drop-off, no loaner, no waiting room.

It starts with your car.

Add it once — by picker or by scanning the VIN — and the whole platform narrows to that exact vehicle. Everything else is filtered out before you ever see it.

How a job runs

Six states, sealed at both ends.

A code you say out loud starts the work. A second one ends it — and only then does any money move.

  1. 01 · Booked

You pick the work, not a time slot

Services are filtered to your vehicle before you see them. Book several at once and the job only goes to providers who can do all of them.

  2. 02 · Matched

A named person, with their vehicle

The offer is broadcast and the first qualified provider takes it. You get their name, their rating, their certification and the van that is about to pull up.

  3. 03 · Sealed

    Nothing starts without your code

A four-digit PIN appears on your phone. The job cannot begin until you say it out loud. It expires the moment work starts.

  4. 04 · Watched

    Live, and shareable

Track the job as it happens. Send the link to whoever owns the car, or whoever is worried about you — they watch it in a browser with no app and no account.

  5. 05 · Evidenced

    Photographed before and after

The work log is built while the job runs: what was wrong, what was replaced, what it looks like now. It stays on the vehicle's record.

  6. 06 · Closed

    A second code ends it

A finish code closes the job, and only then is payment captured and split. Held, never charged, until the work is actually done.

What protects the job

Evidence, not assurances.

Two codes

A job cannot start or finish without you

One PIN to authorise the start, another to close it out. Money is authorised at booking and captured only after the finish code.

Photographs

Evidence, not assurances

The state it was in and the state it was left in, captured by the provider and attached to the vehicle permanently.

Live link

Anyone you send it to can watch

A public tracking page with no login. Useful when the car is not yours, or when someone wants to know you are safe.

Verified people

Documents, selfie and video, checked

Every provider clears identity and document review before a single capability goes live on their account.

Parts

A store that already ruled out what doesn’t fit.

Every part carries fitment down to the year, make, model and engine, entered by the store that listed it. Out of stock is never rendered — it hides itself at zero rather than overselling.

Pickup

Collect it yourself with a code the counter scans

One order comes from one store, so a store that can’t finish it still appears — with the gap named. Finding that out at checkout is worse.

For providers

One account. Everything you are certified to do.

Fix, Shine, Assist and parts delivery live on a single login. Turn on what you hold the paperwork for, go online when you want the work, and race for the offers near you.

  1. 01Prove it onceDocuments, a selfie and a short video, reviewed by a person. Approval is per capability, so you can start with what you have and add the rest later.
  2. 02Set your windowOne daily window and the modes you want to run. Going offline by hand stays offline until you say otherwise — the schedule never overrides you.
  3. 03Take the offerOffers arrive full-screen with the services, the distance, the vehicle and the customer's rating. Accept and it is yours; decline and nothing is held against you.
  4. 04Work the jobEn route, arrived, start code, photos, finish code. Each stage unlocks the next, so the record builds itself while you work.
  5. 05Get paid outEarnings land in your wallet as jobs close. Move them to a debit card instantly for a fee, or to your bank free.

No automatic suspensions

Abandoning a job after accepting it earns a strike, and strikes are reviewed by a person before anything happens to your account. Nothing is switched off by an algorithm.

For business

Built for one van, or for three hundred stores.

The same engine runs an independent mechanic, a garage with a dozen employees, and a national parts chain. What changes is the portal, not the platform.

Service Hub

Garages, detailing shops, towing operators

Your business races for offers on the web from its registered address. Accept, then assign a crew member who is actually on shift — you have sixty seconds before the job goes back to the race.

  • Crew accounts you create, verified the same way
  • Crew see only their assigned jobs — no offers, no earnings
  • A live board of everything running right now

Parts Provider

Parts stores, independent or part of a chain

List parts with real fitment, hold your own stock, set your own prices and keep your own money. Orders arrive with a code that has to be entered before anything leaves the counter.

  • Fitment built from year, make, model and engine
  • Bulk upload with a review step for anything ambiguous
  • Stock that hides itself at zero instead of overselling
See Parts Provider

Swyft Supply

Chains with stores in more than one place

Build the catalogue once and publish it to every store. Each store still sets its own stock and price, and each store keeps its own revenue — HQ gets oversight, not the money.

  • Onboard stores manually, in bulk, or by invite link
  • Approve your own stores' paperwork yourself
  • Compare performance across the whole chain

When something goes wrong

A named path for every bad day.

Most of what breaks on a car platform is not the repair. It is the part that did not fit, the delivery that failed, the job that had to stop. Each of those has somewhere to go.

Dangerous symptoms

Describe something that sounds unsafe — smoke, a fuel leak, brakes gone, stuck in traffic — and you get emergency guidance before anything else. You are warned, not blocked: it is still your call.

Returns

The store sets its window and its restocking terms, and both are shown before you buy and frozen onto the order. The seller approves the return, on a clock, and it escalates if they sit on it.

Warranty

Routed by cause rather than argued: the labour is the provider's, a defective or wrong part is the seller's. You are not the one working out who to chase.

Failed deliveries

A driver who cannot complete a drop has to record why and photograph it. The order returns to the store and a support ticket opens on its own.

Talk to a person

Tickets carry the job or order they came from, so nobody asks you to explain it from the beginning.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

The United States only, priced in dollars and measured in miles. We are not open in other markets and are not taking sign-ups for them.

Where

The United States. Dollars and miles.

One country, on purpose. Vehicles, fitment data, distances and money are all built around it rather than adapted to it. We are not open elsewhere and are not collecting sign-ups for it.
